James Lee (J.LEE) Founder
Mid to late 2013, Mr. Lee and his mother, Helen, decided to bottle the sauce that he and his late father, James Lee Jr. perfected and served at cookouts and special events. The sauce made him the three time world champion. Ranked #1 out of 269 sauces worldwide by BBQ Superstars Network Pitmasters in 2016, 2017 and 2018. In 2017 James
Lee was awarded the “Key to the City” in Biloxi Mississippi and the Economic Award at the Juneteenth Celebration.

A native of Biloxi, MS, Mrs. Lee attended Trinity University in San Antonio, TX, earning a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Networking Technology and a Masters Degree in
Business Administration. In addition to serving as CEO of J. Lee’s Gourmet BBQ Sauce, Mrs. Lee
has used her considerable business background with the United States Navy and United States Air Force in Retail, Logistics and Supply.
Charles "Chuck" Holden President Operations
In 1971, Chuck graduated from Northumberland High School in Heathsville, Virginia and went on to
receive his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing) – minor in Accounting from Norfolk State University in 1975. Chuck was commissioned in the United States Army and served 26 years active military service and a graduate of the Joint Forces Staff College. Following his military service, he worked for General Dynamics for 13 years. He holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communications from Southern University. Chuck joined the J. Lee Sauce in 2018.
Geneva “Vicole” Lee

To further her career in education, Ms. Lee went on to earn a Specialist Degree in Higher
Education Administration from William Carey University in Hattiesburg, MS. As an
administrator, she understands the importance of developing business relationships and brings a unique and valuable perspective to the day-to-day operations of the company.
Daniel White
IT & Web Designer
Daniel White has extensive training and experience in system analysis databases and information technologies (IT). Daniel serves as System Analysis Database Administrator at Blossman gas and Propane in the Biloxi, Mississippi Area. He served as an IT Specialist at the Department of Veterans Affairs. He attended Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and received an IT degree with emphasis on computer programing-specific applications. Daniel also received a computer programing degree from Franklin University.
